A main goal in Judy’s life is to give people the opportunity to move ahead and reach their own “higher ground,” to achieve their dreams, and to help open the door to grace and beauty in their lives.

Judy’s determination to see things through to completion is evident in her work with clients and in her ongoing pursuit of education, that began in 1989, of life changing techniques created and taught by Dorothy Wood Espiau. She is a Certified Independent Instructor of Gems of Excellence and Practitioner of Integrated Health Systems. Judy’s outstanding ability to clearly identify problems and situations with humor, coupled with her ability to nurture her clients, allows those with whom she works to enjoy the discovery of their true potential.

Judy has been working in the field of health for almost 25 years and as a Licensed Esthetician since 1999. She has been a student of Yoga for more than 27 years and an instructor for over 20 years. This mother of three children has lived in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania since 1981, and enjoys dogs, horses, cats and the pursuit of knowledge.
