This list includes areas of change, examples for that area, and the type of action the student takes to make the changes.

1. Daily Behavior
Choose to add or subtract; for example, exercise, sleep, work habits, etc.
2. Nutrition
Choose to add or subtract; for example, food, herbs, medication, gem essences, flower essences, tonics, etc.
3. Language
Choose to add or subtract; for example, I love . . , I hate . . , I can’t . . , I don’t want to . . , I should . . , etc.
4. Environment
Choose to add or subtract; for example, home, work, car, etc.
5. Habits
Integrate using Positive Points; for example, getting to work on time, procrastination, etc.
6. Personal Care
Choose to add or subtract; for example: 
                1. Integration      5. Color Therapy     9. Chiropractor       12. Counselor 15. Other
                2. Naturopath     6. Dentist                 10. Psychiatrist         13. Medical
                3. Osteopath       7. Nutritionist         11. Psychologist        14. Massage Therapist

7. Attitudes
Integrate using Positive Points; for example, I love my job, I never win, I’m superior, etc.
8. Thinking
Integrate using Positive Points; for example, I’m too stupid, I’m not good enough, I don’t deserve it, etc.
9. Intention
Integrate using Positive Points. An intention is something you plan to do at some time beyond this moment.
10. Ecology
Choose to add or subtract; for example: 
                1. Geopathic Stress (water)   9. Molds
                2. Radiation 
                3. Color Sensitivity                   10. People (someone you
’re seeing, someone you’re not seeing)
                4. Odors (fumes)                       11. Beauty (plants, furniture, walls, color placement, etc.

                7. Light (too much, too little) wave, radar, light switches, heating pads, printers,
                8. Sound (music, noise) electric blankets, etc.

11. Direction Integrate using Positive Points. A direction is where you are heading in life (e.g., work, family, something you are doing now, something you are going to do, etc.).
12. Beliefs
Integrate using Positive Points; for example, beliefs about self, others, behavior, family, food, etc.
